Minimum order?
Biocide and cosmetic: 1000–5,000 units typically. Confirmed in our first response.
Do I need a UK company?
For cosmetics: a UK Responsible Person is required — can be an appointed service. For biocide: authorisation holder must be UK-registered. For medical: Manufacturer of Record must be UK-registered.
Who owns the compliance?
You, as brand owner, hold legal responsibility. We provide manufacturing and documentation and manage the pathway.
What do I need in my brief?
Intended use, target market, volume, and the claims you want to make. Claims are reviewed at enquiry — category confirmed there.
Can I sell in Republic of Ireland too?
Yes — MTS holds EU BPR alongside GB BPR and can provide ROI-labelled product. Mention this in your enquiry.
Can I get a sample?
Samples of existing Optizan® formulations are available. Custom samples are part of the development process.
What changed post-Brexit for HOCl?
GB BPR is now separate from EU BPR. MTS holds both — one manufacturing relationship covers GB, NI, ROI and EU.
